Senior Bridges Care Management, LLC is owned and operated by Kelly Campbell-Kiser, BS, CMC. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Geriatrics. Kelly is also a Care Manager Certified through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Kelly has been actively involved in the Geriatric Field in Southern Nevada for ten plus years. Some of her professional experiences include management of a care giving staff of over 150 for two home care agencies, policy development for homecare organizations, hiring, training, evaluations and supervision of care giving staff providing direct care to the elderly and disabled in private residences, assisted living and group homes as well as nursing homes and rehabilitation hospitals. Other professional experience includes community education and awareness for two psychiatric hospitals, one of which was designed to meet the mental health needs of the elderly. Kelly is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, Western Region Geriatric Care Management, Southern Nevada Continuity of Care, and Aging Services Director’s Organization, (ASDO.)

Family Surrogate Services- Sometimes family members are geographically separated. We can be there when you can’t. Services include performing spot checks regarding quality of care; social visitation; participation and consultation regarding care meetings for persons in a residential facility; and performing chart audits to help ensure functional needs are being addressed.
